Holiday Inn Express & Suites Winston - Salem SW - Clemmons by IHG

“Everything was excellent. The staff and manager warmly greeted me, and checked me in quickly. She was able to accommodate my request for a different room so I could have a soaking tub, as well as a later check out. The following day she followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my stay.”

“Stayed for 2 nights -Really nice & clean rooms -Bed was really comfy and had really fluffy pillows -Water pressure was amazing here -Really great, spacious gym -Lots of restaurants & shops in walking distance Only cons was there was never anyone really at the front desk in the afternoon when we needed it. Would be nice if they could just leave out some extra silverware. -Also the IHG app has the wrong location of the hotel, it takes you to a bank like 6 blocks away. Things for future me -Internet was 35Mbps not plugged in (With some lag) Plugged in was like 800Mbps (Thank you to the IT for setting up the ether net plugs. A lot of hotels don't) -Great walking location -No Poké Stops”

“I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Winston-Salem SW – Clemmons. The standout was hands-down the housekeeping team. The room was spotless from top to bottom—floors, bathroom, linens, all immaculate. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable and stress-free stay. You can tell the housekeeping staff takes real pride in their work. Attention to detail was on point, and the overall cleanliness exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is modern, quiet, and welcoming, but the level of cleanliness truly elevates the experience. If you value a clean, well-run hotel where standards are clearly non-negotiable, this location delivers. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
